No payment in form of cash, gift-card or prepaid card will be accepted.

Shipping/Handling Policy

Please make sure you review the details of your order before completion. Items are shipped exactly how they are presented and processed. Orders are shipped within two business days, provided the items are in stock and no problems in the billing process.

For smooth transaction, please make sure you use a valid shipping address. Otherwise, your item will be delivered to the wrong address. We will not be held responsible for postal issues due to an error in shipping address.

All items are shipped on ground shipping method which will take 3-7 business days to arrive. For faster delivery please contact us, shipping prices may vary.

Now shipping worldwide (excluding africa). If you would like an item delivered to a location we do not ship, please send an email and we'll work with you.

Return Policy

Returns are ONLY acceptable within *3 Business days* upon receiving your order (Ex: If you receive your item on Monday, it must be shipped to us by Wednesday). *If return reasons are based on customer's change of mind, only Payment will be reimbursed. Customer pays shipping fee for return items, please include invoice and contact us before returning the items.
*If return reasons are caused by us (Ex: Wrong shoe, color..) We will either correct it or reimburse purchase price along with shipping charges.

NOTE: NO RETURNS ON CLEARANCE/SALES AND $6 BIN ITEMS.
